Mandarin Sesame Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 tbsp of tamari
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp of neutral flavoured oil (such as sunflower or canola oil)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 mandarins, skin zested (finely grated) and segments chopped

Directions

Stir together. This vinaigrette goes very well in a salad with such ingredients as avocado, lettuce, spring onion and chicken.

We can only recommend these to any potential customer. Quality of the produce is extremely high and the variety fantastic. I’ve had squashes I did not know existed and the flavour of the carrots and cabbages unbeatable.
